Please read carefully: Important Update for MS SharePoint Integration
Due to the retirement announcement of Azure ACS in Microsoft 365 (https://aka.ms/retirement/acs/support) we are now offering a completely reworked ARIS SharePoint integration in ARIS 10.0 SR 27 (Q4 2024) and onwards. We are now supporting authentication via Entra ID as well as an updated and modernized integration, based on Graph API. This is made available in our product ARIS Enterprise Ext.: SharePoint integration with product code YSPSP.
As a consequence, it is planned to de-support and remove the old way of integrating and authenticating against MS SharePoint within 12 months after the release of ARIS 10.0 SR 27.
In Q4 2025 ARIS Enterprise Ext.: SharePoint integration with product code YSPSP will release without the possibility of using Azure ACS.
ARIS 10 SR27 is available
The new ARIS 10 SR27 release is available focusing on delivering next-level AI capabilities in Process Intelligence, accelerating time-to-value for Business Process Analysis (BPA) projects, and offering enhanced integration options for Process Mining and BPA overlays.

ARIS Cloud: Enhanced email integrity and security using DKI
From Friday, January 26, 2024, 17:00 UTC, the ariscloud.com domain will implement DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail). The primary purpose of DKIM is to improve security and trust in email communications by attaching a digital signature to the email on the outgoing server. This allows email recipients to confirm that emails are genuinely from the stated source and have not been tampered with, thereby reducing the risk of email spoofing and phishing. DKIM is a widely recognized standard, and its implementation can improve the domain's reputation in the eyes of email service providers, leading to better email deliverability.
Impact on ARIS Cloud customers
With DKIM in place, there's increased trust in the emails received from ariscloud.com. Recipients can be more confident that the emails are not forged or altered, reducing the likelihood of falling prey to phishing or spoofing attacks.
No Action Required
It's important to note that the implementation of DKIM is transparent to email recipients. You do not need to take any action or change any email settings. The verification process is handled automatically by the receiving email servers.
If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Our 24/7 support team is available to assist you and provide additional information as needed via the Empower portal.
