New Service: Simplified Correction Handling for Natural

We would like to inform you of the new improved update process for Natural and related products by delivering updated LOAD libraries with all ZAPs already applied. This new service saves time and effort by eliminating the need for customers to manually apply ZAPs. A new table in each ALLZAP dataset header provides full transparency.

Software AG Incident Management System Migration

On 1 July 2024, IBM completed the acquisition of webMethods (including EntireX and ApplinX) and StreamSets from Software AG. As part of the transition, our Software AG Incident Management system will be migrated to the IBM support site soon.
